It very much depends on your plan for the coming few years and your career goal.
a LLM degree may enable you to stay in the U.S., but LLMs have a hard time landing jobs now; if you want to go back to China, your lack of experience may be a disadvantage. Another possibility is that you transfer to a JD program. this said, still a lot of Chinese go for LLM right out of college.
