PSU vs Rotman

I got PSU and U of Toronto admission. PSU has graduate assistant for full tuition waive and $500/month, nothing for U of Toronto.

My background is supply chain, Now i have been in canada for one year, if I select Rotman, I can get citizen.

Which one I should select?

My take from my own experience:

Rotman is a true second tier B-school. People choose it as a backup  or choose it because of the immigration purposes such as the reasons you mentioned above.

I don't know nothing about PSU. but if Rotman give me nothing, I would not go unless I have a good reason not to go to PSU.

Hi, eternalwind, as I know, many good universities in US are not in big city, but they still have very good business school.

For me, I am majoring in supply chain, and PSU is very good for it and placement for supply chain is very high. UToronto is truly the best one in Canada, but for me having no work experience in Canada, I am not sure it is good or not, and heard that yover 90% of graduate from UToronto found job in Canada, little in US.

Do you know some information about the job finding for Chinese student grauduating from UToronto? Thanks
