There are scholarships available for JD. However, full scholarships are rare, and you will still need to factor in living expenses.
In my humble opinion, it is good idea to think about your plan after getting your degree(s). Do you still want to be a lawyer? If so, a JD could be good, but you can also consider a LLM degree, which only takes 1 year and costs a lot less.
If you want to work in business instead, MBA is the degree to have, and neither a JD nor a LLM will be needed.
