代学姐发: USC 暑期房屋出租

This is a second floor apartment with three rooms rented from
CalStudentHousing for students of USC. It's about 10 minutes walk far
from the campus on the north side of university park campus (on
orchard ave.). One of the three rooms can be rent for summer.

The original rent is $800, but I want to sublease it for $600 per
month. The house is fully furnished, but I am considering to sell the
furnitures. So if you want to use the furnitures (bed, mattress, desk,
drawer unit on casters), I would like to rent it for $630 per month.
If you can rent it for more than two full months, I can still rent it
for $600 per month. All utilities are included!

The kitchen is facilitated with microwave oven and frig, 2 of the
rooms are already occupied by 2 nice, easygoing Chinese girls. The
empty room is furnished with a closet. You can also have access to
internet with a wireless service.

The room is ready from May 18 to July 31. For more information about
