在美国办理加拿大签证旅游的问题！急！

持有美国一年多次往返的F1签证，人在美国。2周后就要参加一个去加拿大的活动，可是到现在还没有加拿大签证。请问应该怎么办理呢？

办理需要多长时间？怎么网上看到纽约办理的时间比其他的领馆时间长？

从学校international center得到的回复，希望对以后申请的同学有帮助。不然很多网站一个个查很麻烦啊。

4. The Canadian consulate in downtown Detroit is only open to process visitor visa applications Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 11:00 am.
