Honestly my friend...I LOVE your background. Congrats! Jon Frank here, at your service. It sounds like you are on track to go to a GREAT school. The first thing to remember is that as a Chinese applicant, test scores are SO important. It is a shame of course, but if you CAN break 330 on your GRE, and if you went to a good school in the US especially...you should be on track to apply to a top program. There is no reason why you shouldnt try for some very TOP schools, including Berkeley and perhaps even Kellogg. But you should also add some safe schools for sure--we always recommend that you apply to seven schools at least; that way, you have the chance to apply to some stretch programs, some safe programs, and some in the middle. That is your best bet--but YES! You have a shot, if you write GREAT applications, of getting into the best programs in the world. Hope this helps, and good luck!
