Hi, A friend of mine is looking for a female roommate.
She is a very nice GW graduate student and looking for a quiet, neat and non-smoker female graduate student or young professional to co-sign a studio apartment. Your monthly rent will be $700 (all utilities included). The apartment is on the GWU Campus (20th and F St.) It is convenient to either Foggy Bottom or Farragut West Metro stations; a very short walk to the State Department, the White House, the Mall, and many other points of interest. Grocery stores, drug stores,entertainment, and dry cleaners are all within walking distance.
Her home is far from GWU for daily commute, and she just need a place to sleep and shower during the week when she have classes. She will never be there on Friday, Saturday Sunday and holidays. Basically, she'll take a small space enough for a twin/full bed and a desk. As you can imagine, you will have most space there and plenty privacy.
