Many Macc programs do not offer scholarships of any sort (UT- Austin, UIUC, USC, UMichigan). As for whether it is worth it, it depends on whether you think UIUC will offer you the education that you want. Hard to say... If you have doubts, I think you may be off applying for another school.

Is there any schools between 50-100 that offer scholarships? or at least waive my tuition

本来macc给奖的就少，免学费的也少，想读的话还是要做好自费的准备，50-100中有免学费的，想gwu,cwru等，但是这些学校是私立的，本来学费就贵出不少，免了学费后也和一般的差不多。而且一般都是免一半
