哪位XDJM遇到过啊，情况这样，我朋友帮我找了一牛人替我写推荐信，但那人要电话面试我，一般来说，回问写什么问题呢

这是明显的做假呀,说不准要和你谈谈你的工作.好给你写推荐信.也可能要好处.网上见过这样的人.中国的专家,教授,都腐化了. 就象给巨能钙做推荐的一样.

it is better off not asking him to write rec letter for you.

Usually the first question in your rec letter is how long have you known the applicant and in what capacity.

If he needs to interview you to know more about you, his answer to that first question can hardy be satisfactory to the Adm Com.
