给学校的回信?

因为近期收到学校的邮件告知说申请资料已交到相关学院了,所以想是不是给学校回封简短的感谢信.

想问下各位大侠

给国际学生服务中心的回信的抬头的称呼怎么写？

用Respectful/Dear International Student Service:?还蛮怪的

一概写 "Dear Sir," 第一次的话还可以继续 " How are you? I hope u r doing well." 第二句话是我收到的所有学校给我的第一封邮件的标准开头。

Should be "Dear Sir or Madam" instead of "Dear Sir", unless you are sure that the recipient is a man.

are you sure? I think "Dear Officer" maybe more simple and direct.
