Top candidates are likely not to consider going back to China even after they get a job from Hongkong and Singapore business schools, not mention they could land in US.

你觉得ckgsb现在能招到像样的rookie吗？能在wustl和ubc当ap的人，难道不比ckgsb现在招到的rookie强的多？

Why do you think ckgsb would take someone who can't get tenure at ubc or wash u in a few years?

CKGSB hired two faculties in the rookies market. The candidates turned down Wash U, NUS, CUHK, Citi U HK. One of the candidates was also on Emory's short list. 事实胜于雄辨！

The fact is China business schools will become more and more competitive. They will surpass HK/Singaprore business schools in the next five years and be competitive globally in the long run (10-20 years)

你sure那个人已经拿到wustl的offer了吗？econ job rumor上说现在wustl还没有发offer也没有一个确定的open，只是招了很多人去给talk.

ckgsb is a better place than all schools in hongkong  and singapore, that is no doubt. But turning down wustl and going back to ckgsb do not make any sense.
