Yes, almost all decent schools in the US will give you full tuition+fellowship or assistantship stipend, so money won't be an issue.
My suggestion is to try to participate in some exchange program with US universities. That way you can try your best to do well in the exchange program and hopefully secure a good recommendation letter from a reputable US professor.
