People attend college or university for many different reasons (for example, new experiences, career preparation, increased knowledge).Why do you think people attend college or university? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer
My issue:
That people attend college is not a rare. Among various factors that have made people go to college are increasing knowledge, preparing for future career and following suit.
When it comes to education, the majority of people believe that education is a lifetime study. So I strongly support the idea of people attend college to enrich oneself. When we finish high middle school, our knowledge are still limited, especially in the professional fields. In college, we can absorb lots of expertise from different subject. I’ll cite
personal experience as an example. I am so crazy about math since kid. When I was a little girl, I had a taste on number games, which just asked the player put right numbers into right boxes but not were a easy job for a only 2-year-old child. To explore the math-field deeply is not a common task. However, there is no doubt that attending college for further study gives us a best choice.
Anther essential reason why people go to college is future career demand, with with the rapid development of society. To research a specialized subject makes us more power and more competitive. Employer, absolutely, prefer a college graduate rather than a secondary school lever, when other things being equal. In large-scale job fairs, the overwhelming numbers of firms recruiting the new only turn to college levers or higher. A conclusion can be, the higher educated we can get, the brighter future we will own.
Apart from two kinds of people above who know what they want, there is the third kind people who do not know what they want. Some go to college because their parents request them to do so. Some go to college because their boyfriends or girlfriends expect to be together. Others go to college just because too many people do so they do, without any personal idea. In many instances, a certain kind of human beings do some thing only follow suits since ignorance.
