谁来帮我改下作文?谢谢拉

第一次写,12月6日就要考拉..麻烦高人指点..


Teachers should be paid according to how well his studengs perform?

uWith the competiton among employees are more and more significant, many student s who still in the universities or even in the high schools are feel the difficulties of finding job in the future. So their willing of getting a high score in the school is become strong. It also lead to the atate that teacher should be paid according to the students’ performance. People who agree with this idea claims that this policy will bring teacher to much pressure which can be the engine of improve their teaching strategy, however, from where I stand, I think there are a lot of disadvantages behind this policy. They are the loosy of student, unfaireness to the teacher and the accurance of some unfair things.

Thirst of all, when students know that their performance will affact their teacher’s salary, they will becaome less self-discipline. If it works, students are likely to think that their teacher will teacher them harder and harder to get money which means that they will give major points of subject many times in order to make them remember, so they needn’t to preview or review the texts.

Furthermore, this policy is extraodinarily unfair for the teacher. Just think about it, the same way they’ve teaching, the same leture they’ve giving also will lead the different result of the examanation among different student,why? It’s directly because of the difference of students. As some students are hardwoking, some sudents are lazy, while some students are preety smart, some students are mental challanged, how can we due to our teacher.

Finally, if the polcy began to operate, some teachers who want to get much money may tell their students what will be tested in the final examation or even give them the correct answer. It not mere is fair for students who study hard, but also discourage them. All the student can get the full score without handwoking, I think it’s really a bad conseqence.

In the lecture, the professor geve some points about school-year vocation. he holds that it’s not good for both students and school, which differs from the main idea in the reading passage that traveling serves a valuable education function. the professor’s lecture casts doubt on the reading by giving severalthe professor brings about is that the students those who have a school-year vocation will missing many classes. the professor claims that shose students have to study very hard to catch up with other students, which differs from the reading passage in that the reading contents that they can learn a lot when they are traveling. the point made by professor casts doubt on the reading.

Furthermore, the professor states that, on the contrary of reading, they would be very excited even after the traveling. as he argues, it seeams to indicates that it is difficult for children to fit back to routine as they found study in the classsroom is boring. it is directly contradictes what the reading passage indicates, because the readi points.

As we entered into the university, we are access to choose class on ourselves. We shoose what we like such as art, biology, we also shoose what we need shuch as driving, sociology, but hoe about hostory? Many student think there’s no use for them to choose it, because they’ve already learne about it in the high school, especially for those who are not fond of it. For my position, however, it will never be too much to the knowledge of history. Because learning history can make us know more about our country, our world; learning history can teach us how to be a successful person; learning history can encourage the development of the world.

The first states I want to made is that learning history can make us know more about our country, our world and also ourselves. It is clear that everyone want to know that where does they come from? Why they’re different from animals? How the computer and internet come about? All of these question can be answered in the history. History witnessed not merely the origion of our human beings, but also the success and failure of our society.

Furthermore, the history make us to be a successful person. From history, we can learn who should be hornored or who should be criticised. Why the people from the history should be treated in different way? Bacause some one are good while some one are bad, which means we can learn from good peole and never act as bad peole. For example, premier Zhou is the person I admire most in the history of our country, from whom I learn that we can overcome every difficulty if we keep our life faith and never give up.

Finally, learning history can advance the decelopment of the world. Because history tells us what is good for our society and what is bad. For instance, peace can make the world a better place, while the war will heal the the world.

In conclusion. Learning history can help us know more about our country, teach us how to be a successful person and encourage the development of the world.
