收到GWU MSA 1/2 offer

I think the rank of gwu is not so good comparing to the so-called "top universities" in u.s.,but the location and alumni network ,maybe including also unknown relation with the national governers ,can make gwu get a higher score.And I heard from my friend in CMU that gwu have a more     reputation in u.s. than some so-called "top universities".I think the studying cost in gwu is reasonable.

you can try to get loans from banks and apply for scholarship or fellowship from some foreign website which you can get the link from www.google.com.

I also got the mba offer from gwu,and hope to meet you in washington dc some time.

And now in China mainland, there is not available for gwu network.So I cannot find more information about this school.I wanna get some gwu mba alumni contact list to communicate with these graduates.Could you please provide some link or some alumni info?

1. 住宿费用 ~ 400左右（一般房租里包括水电）

吃饭----100左右（与人合住）

交通，网络，杂费 --- 100左右

+ 预留机动资金 100左右

住宿条件一般都不差，就所说的房租400左右的来说一般是公寓，家私较全。具体的情况就要具体看了。

美国打国内很便宜，电话卡有很多种类，每种的资费略有不同，通话质量也不同，选择使用。但是基本上包括卡本身打折后是2~3毛钱（Rmb）/min. So，尽情地打吧，嘻嘻。

2. 离学校的远近这个要具体看租房的情况吧。住在市里估计要贵一些，选择也没那么多。如果稍远一点选择就会多一点，如果没有车的话，选择在地铁站的附近，去学校也不用花费很长的时间。治安还是比较好的，毕竟是首都，呵呵。

4.这个学校在首都，声誉是很好的，法学和政治比较强，很多毕业生留在华盛顿工作，自然关系网也不会差。MBA的就业没有特别关注过，但是机会还是很多的。

5. 这个问题，要看具体情况吧。只能说整体工资水平不低，能不能算高，没有考证，呵呵。

6.一般来说这个问题跟导师，专业啥的关系比较大。一般来说这个学校跟美国国内大学比不算特别特别累的，但是跟国内的大学不能比啊，呵呵。

个人建议，关于课程设置，学校情况，就业情况，可以跟导师（MBA有没有导师？）沟通。一般导师会乐意告诉你这些的，而且，他对这个行业的情形应该更为了解。

再一个问题----打工----如果不想打学校的工，可以到外面去做，不过要注意导师这一关，我不知道mba的导师支不支持。一般理工科在读phd期间，导师是不太乐意的。就算他不同意，你也有办法，是不?嘿嘿。所以满足基本生活需要还是没问题的吧。^_^

You'd better contact the admission officer to resend you a offer letter,because they mail the letter only by regular airmail so it maybe take 10 days to arrive at your hands.

I also  faced the same situation and have got it.

But it is for me to know the whole cost  of  two-year mba program is $84000,terrible!Although I got a half tuition award, finance is also my confused problem so far.

I need deposit $000 before 11th April to keep the seat.I am confused ,and thinking about which school should I pick----penn state / univ of pittsburgh/  gwu   ???

Anyone comments on it?
