另：NIU校(northern illinois university)已经不招收非美国本土的国际学生了，不知道是不是从今年开始的。我已经发信过去问，也得到他家DIRECTOR明确答复了。

这是真的么？怎么我发信过去索要资料，那个学校还给我寄过来了啊？是一个叫Simon给你的明确答复么？

You can apply for the program, but our current policy for international
students is that we give consideration only to students who are already
in the U.S. 

楼上的可以直接发信告诉他你的状况，问他你是否能申请，再make sure一下

Because we cannot provide financial assistance to international students who are not currently in the U.S., most international students will not attend NIU even if we accepted them into the MAS program. This is the basis for our policy of not admitting international students who do not currently reside in the U.S.

回信是这样子说的，不知道如果说自己能够负担学费，学校会不会收啊
