今天收到学校邮寄来的conditional admission letter 和 FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FORM.

下面摘录的是conditional admission letter 部分内容：

Please note that we have to receive your acceptance letter and deposit before you will be allowed to register for the pre-course. You should also complete and send in the attached Financial Responsibility Form as soon as possible. We will issue the I20(required for the U.S. visa) based on the Financial Responsibility Form.

Please also note that your admission is conditional subject to the passing of a TOEFL test by July 01 2008. Please do inform us upon fulfilling this requirement.

下面是招生的Director 在1月30日的发来的email:

Dear XXX,hope you are doing well. We have evaluated your case and the admissions commitee has decided to allow you Conditional Admission, pending that you retake and pass TOEFL by July 01. You are still an active applicant for the XXXXX scholarship. I will be sending you the welcome pack out this week and when you receive it, please do the necessary of sending the deposit to secure your place. This has to be done quickly to register you for the pre-courses. Also, please return the FRF forms for processing of the US visa. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you require more information. Have a great day!

请问什么是 Acceptance letter？

关于Financial Responsibility Form，我没有足够的财力读书，需要奖学金资助。

请问该怎么办？

问题在于，学校仅仅提到 You are still an active applicant for the XXXXX scholarship，并没有答应给我奖学金。

如果没有奖学金，我就无法提供FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FORM上的财力证明，因为我没有足够银行存款，也不想贷款。

SCHOOL的名字，就先不说了吧。Gmat成绩太低,600多分。IBT口语20分，比学校要求少了2分。很是郁闷。

谢谢版主热心帮助。昨晚写了封EMAIL,说明自己没有存款，必须依靠奖学金。问什么时候能知道奖学金结果。

那个Director回信，意思是继续等待。

Dear XXX,

Sure. XXXXX has yet to revert with their decision. We hope to receive it by early next week latest. I will let you know asap.

看来要等到下周了。

非常的郁闷。
