求助：学校要我提交财产证明来办I20

连续收到两封来自于 International Education & Exchange 的email,开头大致说
第一封：
In order to obtain your I-20, please submit the following to our office via fax or email with ATTN: SEVIS Area, if you have not already done so:
第二封：
Your application to xxx has been reviewed and you have been determined to be academically admissible to the university.  However, we cannot start processing your I-20 because we require the following from you:

接下来都是一个list，要求
1，International Student Financial Affidavit ……
2，Financial Statement：The bank statement and/or statements must clearly show the student’s and/or sponsor’s name, and it must be dated within the last year……

小弟有几个细节问题不明白，不敢贸然回复，所以请教诸位：
第一，我如果按照要求把我的财产证明以及其它材料email过去了，是否意味着我就同意去这个学校了？如果我要拒绝这个学校，不能晚于什么时候？
第二，财产证明要求“日期在去年”，可是我现在要去办，怎么可能办到去年的财产证明？
第三：ATTN: SEVIS Area是什么意思？

还请诸位指点一二，这个mail上面写着“请尽快回复”，可我已经拖了一两天了。

到底是贷款呢，还是卖股票呢……
