第一题我也是认为应该是be near to,当介词用,但第二题为啥不用near to呢?

第二题是否可还原为mountain (which is) near the sea呢,那这样的near应该也是介词呀,若是这样的话near 跟near to该在怎样的不同时机下使用呢?

第二题的A选项, 有near by的词组吗,字典查不到这样的用法,只有nearby
