疑难问题，怎么办？

申请Emory: 托福成绩1月份失效，忽略了在失效前（哪怕是前一天）将成绩寄出。手里只有复印件， 已经随其他申请材料快递到学校了。问过学校多次不能提供官方成绩行不行，就是没有任何回复。2月1日是deadline,不知道要不要继续on-line application。和快递费200块相比，申请费140美刀可算上大巫了，钱是一方面，主要是考虑投入的时间、精力和机会成本，而且若学校同意5月再考托福，那么申请签证等一系列问题如何解决？

I did call her, but she answer thar she is not in charge of admission affairs and can not give me a definite reply. moreover, problems such as I met here should be decided by senior officer of admission office, who is off work on weekend. So nobody can help. I decide to give up, what a pity!!!
