在申请人要求中的一个奇怪现象……

我想申请的学校要求这样：

Admission Requirements

Admission to the MS-Accounting program is based on the assessment of several factors including the following:

• Demonstrated leadership and academic potential
  
• Academic performance in undergraduate coursework
  
• GMAT or GRE scores
  
• Letters of reference
  
• Honors, awards, and extracurricular activities
  
• Relevant work experience

一定都要满足吗？我没有这方面的工作背景但很想试试……

还有个很奇怪的现象：它的 accounting degree下的MSA没要求g的语文数学部分在50%以上，但 accountancy  department中却有此要求，那是不是应该以后者为标准？

那就是说，不管在什么部分出现的要求，我不满足都不能申请是吗？
