华盛顿 CFRM 的拒信

1月15交的申请然后2月21收到的这个拒信。觉得可以算是很不专业了，拒信是一直和我通信的小秘发的。发邮件的时候她就一直和我说一些不正确的消息不知道是否故意0.0收到她发来的拒也是很醉。一直觉得很奇怪，，想问问申请的朋友们如果有被拒的收到的拒信也是这样的吗？

我这个就是一个小秘她用自己的邮箱发我的信，下面也是代表那个professor发的0.0。第一次见到on behalf of这么发拒信的觉得有点奇怪。。
