Five years ago, I had the similar background as you. After graduation I chose to work in a hi-tech company in US, which rewards me a lot on developer career track. Now I changed my interests to IB, but most b-school don't care about IT experience except MIT-Berkeley-CMU. I think you have three choices.
1. If you really love CS/EE and want to stay in this industry, you should go Silicon Valley -> MIT MBA -> IT Manager. 2. If you want to go IB, find a IT job in IB. It opens your door to ivy league Harvard / Yale / Warton. However it is easier said than do -- most reason is IB don't sponsor H1 visa unless you are NN. 3. If you want to continue on family business, assuming it is entrepreneurship, following #1 and your best bid is Stanford.
