。。。。。 nyc to philly everyday is not possible dude.... you are gonna hate it after one month. and do you know that Nova is not in the city.. you need to make so many transfers..
Duke is very different from the other two programs.
Nova vs BC: both are good in term of reputation. but i favor BC because nova is mostly white population and is in rural area (if you are not white washed, you are not gonna enjoy the culture).  BC has better social life imo.

i have limited knowledge on this. BC has edge on overall reputation although Nova has pretty good MSF. i think BC would be better choice. but if you are going BC, it would be insane if you are gonna drive from nyc to boston.......
btw, since you live in nyc for a year, you should know that it will take more than 2 hours in the morning, especially if you live in queens or brooklyn. passing through Manhattan is not easy during rush hour.

Well you should have at least to try columbia MSFE
You can wait till next year when you get your green card. You should have a good chance. I am admitted to the program this year. I have a slightly higher gpa but I study electrical engineering

noooo, i did not apply financial engineering. i do not like financial engineering either. not exciting for me. i want to work in finance industry as well. i was talking about the Columbia Business School MSc in financial economics program. it is called MSFE. although it is highly mathematical, i think it is a great way to break into buyside firms. i heard professors refer students to companies.

If that does not fit your needs, maybe work for two more years and then MBA. or perhaps part-time MBA which is easier to get in. anyway, you sound pretty intelligent so you know what is best for you. good luck with everything!
