The world's economic center will shift from west to east, and the changes will be more votaile.
The most important three factors are emerging-markets growth, disruptive technology and aging population.
The emerging market and then cities contribute much to the growth of economy.
The combination of the advancement of technology and the connectivity will bring about eye-popping rate of growth, like the effect of the " second half of the cheeseboard".
Most countries in the world will experience population aging, which will lead to smaller workforce and lower rate of economic growth.

Speaker
The interviewee is the leader of sequencing human genes. The first question for him is why all the audacious goals he set for his team will finanlly be achieved. The first reason is that he believes in his team, and the team also believes that they can achieve it. The second reason is that there are many the world-class experts with different fields of expertises in the team, and he can take the most of these expertises.

The interviewee mainly shares his experience of working on sequencing human genes, his opinions about the sequencing program and his old setbacks. Another question that impresses me most is what he learns from his previous experiences that he broke away from the former researchers and partners. He says that even though it was painful that he was fired by the institution after finishing all the necessary tasks, this event eventually push the institution for transformation, which is good for the future development.

Time2+3
The author mainly talks about the disadvantages and advantages of the open-plan office. The biggest disadvantage is that working in an open-plan office will make employees lose their privacy, the noise from the big office will also be likely to distrat employees from the work. And then, the author uses the survey to prove this disadvantage. However, by quoting a manager, the author states that the advantage of easy for workers to communicate with each other in the open-plan office is very important. But, in the end of the passage, the author mentions the latest findings that the disvantages are not overweighted by the advantages.
