2/   3’ 36  new rule: search operator need to be responsible for the personal information published by the third party or the researcher.
Before views: how Google respond is critical. Google receive a huge amount of request of easing information.
3 parts of reponse: 1. Remove the searcg results  2. European versions show alarm. But the information is not eased.  3. If the information is blocked, the notifications will be sent to the publisher or the journist.

3/   4/   6’22   2 examples of the last case.  B & P alothough they did not belong to the categories:old and irrelevant information. This demonstrate a cencorship and the writing of history.
Is google try to oveact to undermine the rulling?or just simply clumsy actions?

Later, Google recognize P’s case. P’s assumption: it is about the O’Neal or the commetator’s name.

Maybe google is just in line with the law , or the situation is worse. How do Google respond is the key. It shows Google has unwieldy power to choose readers’ information. The best thing for G to do is to undertake the data protection. And the ultimate solution is to build a limited and apropporiate version.

5/  3’37
The 2 cases are about the privacy and copyrights
JAS:  the public doesn’t understand the case
R: the defendant know the technology . Another Defendant has the flip phone.
Earlier thoughs: when police arrest someone, he can examine his possisities and prosecutor can use these information to define criminal.
JR: the modern mobile phones contain much more information.

6/    3’23
The cellphone contain privacy, therefore it needed to be examined with warrant.
Techonoly and social factors are both problems in this case. The law need to define what information can be shared, what cannot.
If the court know the new technology, they will need to face a huge amount of data base use their experience to make use of these information.

OBSTACLE    9’18
Privacy has its political meaning.
It also has another meaning: an artisan sense of privacy --- inner privacy.
W: there is a way to the inner privacy. It’s enjoyable to feel the inner privacy (city life)。 It also has costs and benefits. Peter VS Richard
The cost can be the inconsistency in minds and body.
You can also gain a strong spiritual power: to treasure things around you. The is the power of inner privacy.

spd :  2.17  google was ruled for personal information ravealed by searches.  three parts of google response. remove requested search results. precaution. notifycation for publisher.
2.15 many critics think Google were overreacting even clumsy. their respomse do create more censorship, create an atmosphere in which people feel more cencored.
2.17 the important key is Google do the cencorship by themselves. this removal may be a teething troubles but need a well-executed reform, with a better written, more limited and more appropriate version of the right to be forgotten as the ultimate solutio here.
2.33 how well the court grappling with new technology become a heated issue. in earlier arrestment, police can cencor all private things of suspect. but now, modern cellphones are truly different from old-style pocket clutter.
2.04 How exactly does the court know how significant the privacy interest is? the justices are relying on their own personal experiences.
ob :  9.01  3.40  there is no final, satisfying way to balance our need to be known with our need to be alone~~~  越障很好~

学到了一个发音,颠覆了我的认识:automobile [,ɔtəmə'bil]
new words :skid, when you drive on the snow, you can get skid. Or if you skid, there can be large noise.
mudding: driving on the mud(it's popular but the speaker thinks that it is weird)

excellent reading: thanks, like it very much
the song "side of the road" is which I like most
obstacle
the meaning of privacy. Often it has political meaning. But for a person, it has different meaning.
there is a trade off between privacy and communication.
the example of C, married with Petter but not X who only cares about the inner privacy and never says "I love you"
It is important for us to balance to be known and to be alone. There is no general rules.

02'26 Early this year, European court asked search websites like Google to be responsible for the exposure of personal data. Google has come up with three method for that.
03‘51 Some public figures are moved to oblivion by Google. Google insists that it is simply complying the ruling.
02'44 Google is carrying out the censorship. Google should find a proper way to fit the ruling, without delaying or  undermining.
02‘02 The california court announces that police can check the suspect's phone data only with a warrant. Many people don't really know how private the data is in the phone.
02‘27 Court should take more empirical investigation on private interest in new technology, thus making the right legislatures to protect privacy.

Main idea: Introduction of innerness.
Structure:
People always recognize privacy in a political way.
There is another kind of privacy called innerness.
Innerness makes you feel more accurately the contrast between the outside world and your inner selves.
There are costs and benefits of this kind of inner privacy.
You can gain profound benefits and spiritual power from innerness.

TIME2:04'02
After the rule in Europe that the search engines such as Google have the responsibility for the data on the Internet. There are a lot of requests to remove the link when refer to the word people seek. On the condition that the request is valid, the requests lead the web side, the visitors and the authors who receive the notifications to face the aftermaths.
TIME3:03'14
The Google use its own way, which is expanding the impact of the censorship so that more people will join to undermine the rule.
Time4:03'39
There is a fight between the privacy and the freedom for people to express themselves. It's terrible that the Google act as a censor to decide what the people read.
TIme5:03'10
The police can go through the cellphone of the prisoner they catch to search the evidence of the crime in the past. But now it's not allowed by the law of the superior court, for the cellphone contains a lot of information-the details of the daily life- about the people.
Time6:03'00
How does the court emphasize on the privacy interests more than the crime. There are some people really care about the privacy, while others are not. So we need to do some survey to get the data, instead of according to our justices.
Time7:11'51
Unlike the social idea of the privacy, the privacy of the artists is the kern of the people that any other one can touch. There are costs and benefits. The cost is staying away from the romantic and feeling alone even close to the family & friends, but you can gain the strong spirit by experiencing and abstracting yourself to hold on the things that flow easily.
