今天凌晨收到邮件.忽然觉得多年的努力有了回报.不是牛人,也不是四大名校,没有很高的GPA.但是我一直追随自己的内心想法,做自己觉得快乐觉得有价值的事情.有比较多的社区服务经历和社团经历.

感谢很多人,如果没有你们的帮助,很难想象我能拿到offer.Alex, Richard, Chen, Oliva, Ziqi, I 版, Calvin...........

经Z版大哥提醒,附上当时面试的一些问题,供大家参考:

1. Tell me more about your job.
2. Talk more about your global collaboration experience.
3. What's the difference between NA and Asia market?
4. How did I learn English?
5. What did I learn from current job?
6. What disappointed me in my job?
7. Why MBA?
8. Why HBS?
9. Career goal?
10. What skill set I plan to develop in MBA?
11. What she didn't ask but I want to cover?
12. What do I feel most proud of?
13. How do I want my future classmates to view me?
14. How is my quantitative and finance skills?
15. What's the biggest competitor of my company and why?

顺序可能有些调整,而且里面有非常多的probing questions. 30分钟很快就过去了.有几个感觉,也是此前准备面试很多朋友多次提醒我需要注意的地方,供大家参考:
1. Make it a conversation.
2. Get the hints.
3. Don't be a jerk.
4. Be honest, be yourself.

差一点点...但是口语还不错.有国外交换的经历.感觉面试的时候对口语要求还是挺高的.毕竟case study都以讨论为主.
