求解答阿 prep的题..不知道是哪道

这题选D应该是有几个问题：1.伴随状语的问题，例如A句中的affecting的伴随状语使用是否有问题？是只能修饰主句中的主语changes in the sea level吗？2.A选项中的not only..but...as well 的平行结构使用是否正确？求解答感谢！

a 中affecting有问题，这里修饰result

只可以 not only， but also

not only……but also, not just……but also(有见过正确选项选这个，所以推断可以）
not only……but……as well 应该不可以
