就是不知道所以才不选C啊，你想想看按语法结构所those可以指代全部rain或者是大部分地区的rain，而原文概念只能是其中一种，差很远，所以造成表达不清。

c选项most parts of Sri Lanka’s rains的主语是rains，要保持平衡，第一个分句主语也应该是rains，也就是those指代rains。但是rains不能引导后面第二个分句的where地点状语从句，所以。。。

再回过头来看解释，解释里有个seem to，有个awkwardly and illogically ，seem to说明zlzlzl这样的解释是对的。有个awkwardly and illogically 说明princepony的解释是对的。

个人观点：
根据所有格规则，’s前面只能是人，如果是物则一定要用of 结构。C里面的Sri Lanka's rains不正确，故排除

如果parts为主语，我认为most parts of Sri Lanka’s rains就不绕了，很清楚：Sri Lanka’s rains中的大部分。
