impressive and big cong! have such understanding about the field before entering into a PhD program, no wonder you can have so many offers from top schools!
As to OT & strategy, I really don't think there's a fine line between the two fields. My impression that if it's about "performance", it's more likely to be categorized into strategy. The topics and methodologies of OT are way more diverse.
As to entrepreneurship, I think there are at least two camps. you can see SMJ publishes tons of "VC" "technology" "start-up", but the majority of them are really strategy studies in the context of small or nascent firms (most likely to be technological firms). But those on JBV, ET&P, and some of the research policy, they really view entrepreneurship as a distinctive field of study. Opportunity recognition is tthe major theoretical foundation. They try to incorporate a lot of economics and OB theories. The part on micro-level entrepreneur cognition is fairly good, but the economics stuff is most primitive in terms of both theory and methodology...
