many of them children, who” 这半句怎么理解呢，many of them children是什么句子构成呢？who 是指children 吗？

A a new phenomena are waves....主谓不一致，并且which include many children and mob cars里面结构不平行，children是名词，mob cars是动词，原句意的意思应该是这些children mob cars
