Hello there!
Well overall I like your profile. You have plenty of good things there. Yu have  greta GPA, an excellent GMAT, a very interesting work history, in which you are always moving to newer and better positions. Your base is very strong. And I think you can stick to Top 20 schools without a problem, and probably your best strategy would be to choose 3-4 from the Top 10, and then another two from the 10-20 ranking.
