考国内的CPA对申请美国的经济管理类硕博士有帮助吗

我想申请美国经济管理类的硕士或者博士，本科会计专业，但是听说商科的奖学金都不太好申请，由于想申请06年秋季入学，期间还有一到两年时间，所以在准备语言成绩的时候，想顺便考考国内的CPA，但是两年时间全科通过可能性不太大。年后三月份CPA就要开始报名了，想请问各位如果通过了CPA部分科目的考试，对于申请是否有帮助，如果没多大用处，就不想浪费时间在这方面了，干脆好好学英语，希望那位大虾能多加指点，先谢了！

I think it will help, but a CFA helps much more. You know, there're too many accountants everywhere on this earth. In the United States, an accountant with a master degree on average only commands a salary of some $45K a year (around 1/2 of ave. MBA entry-level base salary of top schools) unless you have become a partner of a big-5 accounting firm, who may get up to $1 million in total pay package. I guess it may explain why most MBA grads pursue a finance track, not accounting one.
