Interview will be conducted by a student. The philosophy is that "students know whom they want to study with". So show them what you can contribute to the class. Half of my questions were about my resume, and the others are about leadership and team work. Typical questions are "how do you define leadership", "your project is due tomorrow, but one of your team members is not working hard, what would you do?", "you are a team leader. you know your project milestone can not be met, how would you communicate with your manager and your team members?". There are more information on CD. Search it.

You mention you discussed your resume in the interview. How did the interviewer raise the questions about your resume? just ask the detailed information about your resume?

ivey is my first interview. Sorry to raise so many questions.

The interviewer will read your resume before the interview. He/she will focus on the special points that he/she is most interested in. Try to give more information than shown in your resume and essays.

As a current MBA1 in Ivey, I do encourage people to come here for class visit. Case teaching method is different from others. Class contribution is absolutely critical to your success. Pay attention to such issues during your interview.

doudou，我想每个学校都有自己的标准吧，很难说。McGill总算还是同意给我reconsideration，不过他们现在在放春假，还没有答复。我是1月份递的申请。没有收到正式拒信，是我自己在Minerva上看到的。

mercury，我不认识你说的那个人，是学生吧？关于面试的情况可以参考我前面写的那些，CD上还有许多人写过关于Ivey面试的情况。我觉得最重要是有信心，并且把这种信心表现出来。还有就是要表现出你对这个学校真的很感兴趣，要对学校做一些研究。我记得面试人问了我为什么喜欢Ivey的案例教学。祝你好运！
