这里的decrease作名词，后面有两个介词作修饰， in unemployment 和to。。。问mm，如果是你写作文，是不是要把 in unemployment 放前面，to放后面更好点呢？

这里也一样，the decrease... to   ... level 你感觉很奇怪，是因为平时可能多重修饰的现象见得不多，其实中间隔一个修饰语的现象是对的。

这题句意上的确是应该如可乐猫理解的才对

因为OG 上头的解释, 让偶想成是decrease减到最低水平.

这里说的2年以来的最低点，应该说是在过去2年中的最低点，不涉及未来的状况啊。

我看不出这里有什么逻辑上的问题。失业人数是越少越好，失业率是越低越好，所以用decrease并没有什么
