Hello there!

First of all, you ask a question regarding your GMAT, but I don’t see your score here. What did you get?
Then for your goals - consulting as a short-term goal is fine. But your long-term goal is too vague. You can’t just apply with the idea “I will start a company”. Your goal should be much more precise and specific. (Like maybe continuing to build your company, or becoming a principal in a  consulting firm).
