语法总结中的疑惑

以下是我在总结语法的时候碰到不解的地方, 请多指教.

AND连接的两个平行的句子中, 即: AND + IT(THEY), IT(THEY) 什么时候是必须省, 什么时候没必要省, 因为我觉得OG一般都省了代词, 但该题中保留了.

2. AND ALSO
这种表达一定是错的吗? 但我看OG的解释中倒是经常用.

3. OG-8,  Lacking information about energy use, poeple tend to overestimate the amount of energy used by visible equipment, such as lights, that must be turned on and off and underestimate that used by unobtrusive equipment, such as water hearters.

划线部分THAT 从句不是用","分开了吗? 为什么不用WHICH?

1. 我觉得可能是当两个动作逻辑比较紧密，如先后关系时候省掉主语比较好。这里是因为动作之间的关系不是很紧密。。是两个句子的相对松散的连接。。
试比较和体会：
As measured by the Commerce Department, corporate profits peaked in the fourth quarter of 1988 and have slipped since then, as many companies have been unable to pass on higher

2. 这好象是LZM的说法吧？不太可靠。。不要作为判断错误的依据

3。 这里that前用逗号是因为有插入语，所以允许。
这里用which有两点不妥：
1. 这里强调限制，表示什么什么样的设备。。
2. 用which, 会产生修饰歧义，它会优先修饰最前面的lights, 而不是。。。

1. 第一种情况, OG中,如果AND 前有逗号, 好像是可以带代词的, 如果没豆号, 就绝对不可以. 是不是?

对。。如果没逗号又加上代词就变成了dangling sentence...

and also 是可以用的，lzm说的可能是与not only搭配的时候不能用and also!

T3，是平行的考虑。你想想未划线的部分。另外，SUCH　AS这是插入语。

在OG所有的答案中是没有AND ALSO, 但在OG的对题的解释中, OG自己用过AND ALSO, 等我找到再补充, 因为这, 我印象很深, 所以特来印证.
