关于whose用法求救

whose 只能修饰人吗？能不能修饰国家或者是地点？！？！？！？！
我记得好像 可以 但是  太模糊了 记忆 !!

whose 人， 物，都可以修饰。 在设计具体国家和地点时最好不要用whose。比如，I do not like the country whose people are barbaric. 表达不如 I  do not like the country in which people are barbaric. 来的地道。
