However, when patients are misdiagnosed, assisted suicide leads people to give up their life early and causes irreversible harm to patients’ families. Therefore, the risks of applying assisted suicide is too great to handle.

There was a spellbinding debate over assisted suicide last month. Several states have already implied laws which allow doctors to prescribe a lethal dose of ral barbiturate medications to terminally ill, mentally competent patients judged to have less than six months to live. Moreover, many people appreciate the laws because they want to die in dignity. However, the debate rose our attention to the way we should die.
