1. Reference Letter: doesnt matter, no one care much, unless you can find someone that the ad com knows to write you a strong reference. Find someone that are familar with you, they just wnat to know more about you in additional to grades.

2. MFE. really depends on how you define MFE (only the truly quantitative and compatitiaotnla one counts / those MSF + a bit quant stuffs also)........i guess you stand a chances.......but not enough information.

3. school selection:
a/ UCL has MSF?
b/ sorry but what is 佩珀代因....?
c/ UR = rochester?
d/ what is the use of 排名? can it be eaten?

4. what is the most important in school application are:
a/ career plan
b/ know what's important in that displine, and which school offer them better.
conclusion: those who cannot DIY are just not yet ready. Busy is not a reason.
