Negative, abuse and poverty can impact small children's brian size responsible for learning, memeory and processing emotion.
Researchers took images of many 12-year-old children to observe the size of their brain. They collected two differnt groups of children: one grows up with middle class families in natural environment, and one grows up in an opposite environment. In the end, they found that the children who grow up in a poor environment have smaller brain size than normal children, and those children may have high rate to be related to anxiety, cancer and lack of career success in adulthood.

A study showed that mice living in the city is smarter than it living in the rural, because It live close to human. All the people enjoy this myth.
People gives many explanation in order to prove their intelligence, brain’s size or brain’s size relative to the body size determines IQ.  those theories are unsound in writer’s point of view.
Study also shows that when a person lose a type of sensory, he or she is very good at other types of sensory. Because other sensory take over the areas in the brain that are overlapped by the losing sensory previously.
All in all, the writer believe that brain’s size is not correlated with IQ
