这道题我当时选的是C，选被动语态的原因是我觉得B选项grant的施加者不是NEW MEXICO,而是相关的什么人所以没选。所以求问正确选项B中问什么是NEW MEXICO began......而不是相关的人呢？而且做这道题的时候我也认为施加者这一方面是这道题的考点丫~~~求大牛解释好吗~~谢谢~~
