More and more women becomes rich, showing economic environment is health and beneficial for investors in China. Several sectors including investment, manufacture are where most rich women assemble.

Time 4: 1’47 The reason why women earn less is that  they more focus on relationships while men more care about the potential price.  But when women run bigger practices and gain more experience the disparity vanish. Yang was the richest women in China, according to the Hurun report, which shows that business enviroment in China is much better than before, over half of the richest womens in the world come from China.
Yang's appeared on the list since 2007 when she takes over her father's shares. And Moody's upgraded the debt rate of her company because of it's good financial structure. After 2007, the company developed quickly since it always meet the great demand in the China, in this way, Yang became the richest women in China.
The report also shows the second richest women in China, and the properties of these rich women. They are actually from all walks of life, but number of rich women who were from the reality development sector is comparabily higher than other's.

Some people think it's gender discrimination causes the salary difference between male and female. However according to the survey there is no distinctinve salary difference between them. The difference lies in how they view their own value.

YHY has become the richest women in China. She took over the company from her father and then because the company develops so well that she become the richest women in 2007 and in 2013. And the passage talks about the percentage of top rich women come from different sectors. The number of self-made rich women and women of rich man’s daughter or wife are becoming more.

Women often ask less income compared to the man in the same working level because of the focus on gender. And scientists did experiments in industry leaders to find that women price less even the gender gap is not obvious.

Women price less because they have shorter experience and smaller companies. Except for this fact, women tend to build relationship in business , while men tend to maximize income, and these two strategy will influence equally in the long run.
