题目是：For success in the future job, the ability to relate to people is more important than studying hard in school.

In this present-day society, some people argue that the students should study hard in school to get more opportunity to have a nice job rather than just make social network.  It seems justifiable since the bosses in many companies , especially in China, are fond of people who can get high mark, because they believe that they can also perform well in the work field. However, such belief has obviously ignored the importance of relationship, which are playing pivotal role on people's career. As a result, it is safe to conclude that the ability to relate to people is more significant than studying in school.

When it comes to the relationship in China, majority of Chinese are prone to use the term "GuanXi" to explain. People in the western countries may hardly imagine the importance of the relationship. For example, if you have some fellows or friends working in the hospital, you have convenient way to cure your physical or mental disease, and, that is, you do not spend time queuing in line or fetching pills in front of the windows. Or if you are eager to set up a big company without sufficient money, and, however, you have great related to some wealthy friends or classmates, meaning that you have access to raise investment and take your career off. Whereas, on the contrast, you may get noting if you just study hard in school without making a good social network. After ignoring your friends and fellows because of the preparation of the examination, you will lose your friends who may help you when you meet some trouble someday in the future.

Admittedly, studying hard plays critical role in school, especially when you are going to take some significant exams, such as the college entrance exam, GMAT and so forth. And you then will be admitted into a better college and have better way to get touch with elites in this world, which, however, not means that studying is more important than capability to relate people if you want to get a good job. Actually, you should concern about all kinds of people around you by paying  efforts and making good social network with them. Thus, your career will be more successful after expanding your network constantly.

In conclusion, I tend to support the idea that the ability to relate to people play more significant role than studying hard in school.
