这道题可以分为两个部分：1.Heating-oil prices are expected to be higher this year than last  
                                          2.refiners are paying about $5 a barrel more for crude oil than they were last year.

          1.中比较的对象是主语，即Heating-oil prices主语比较，应该补出助动词，但是主语和谓语相同，可以一起省略。我的问题是：这里的时态不是不一样吗？？怎么可以不补出？
          2.中是宾语比较，那么此时助动词按常理来说应该是不用补出的但是这里的时态不一样，所以补出，我这样的理解对吗？？
