我来说说我的看法哈~
当所指代时间是一个时间段时，in which 和 when可以互换,
当所指代时间是一个时间点或确定时间时，只能用when不能用in which
在35题中， 我们从at 可以看出time是个时间点，因为at后面加明确时间，这里的time明确指代这个人获得records的时间，所以只能用when
在72题中age是一个时间段，泛指ice sheets 存在的那段时间，这是一个时间区间，而不是时间点，所以可以用互换
另外，关于in which为什么只能指代时间段，我认为因为他更贴近during的意思
