有关interview讲述工作经历的问题

在interview中谈工作经历时, 是把所有的work histry从头到尾讲出来, 还是只讲你认为重要的部分? 我工作的时间比较长,换的工作也比较多, 在essay里写了换工作的原因, 不清楚interview的时候是否还需要讲换工作的原因. ???

interviewer会比较关注那些工作变动频繁的申请人，他们会问到的，要有一个连贯性的理由说明你的每一次更换工作都是和你的职业目标有关的。谈工作经历肯定应该是着重于highlights.

INTERVIEW里面尽量讲简单点， 突出重点。 他们问了， 你再答。 不要一次发言时间太长。

My 1st interview was wiz Michigan. I spent too much time in telling the entire story of my 5 yr working experience. Guess waht? I was asked to stop the long-winded story and focus on the key points. So pls prepare to share only highlights and milestone events of ur career life.

Thanks for your experience and such good suggestion. In fact, how to tell my work histry really makes me headache. I have 10 years work experience. And I'm afraid the interviewer will be sleepy if I tell my whole story.
