题目：The advantages and disadvantages of buiding a new factory near your community.

I live a small town in China where economy is not so good.Therefore,I support to build a new factory near my community to boost the local economy development.I will discuss from several aspects as follows.

First,the job market become more fierce nowadays. Building a new company in my hometown will surely provide considerable job opportunities and ease the job pressures for local people.Undoubtedly,it will boost the local dwellers' income and improve the living standard because increasingly available income allow them having access to buying better food ,clothes and furniture or building new house.Additionally,when people have extra money ,they will invest on opening a shop or do some small business promoting the prosperously economical development in the community.

What is more,the local government will have more tax revenue.That is because the company needs to pay the taxes for the government according to the law.Therefore,the local government has more liable income enabling them to invest money on infrastructure development such as school or park.Consequently,the local people will benefit from them on account of having access to better education opportunity and relaxed place.

Some people may argue that factory will bring water and noisy pollution and destroy the current environment, but we can diminish the negative effects to the minimum level by strict rules administered by the local government and modern advanced technologies.Since the poor economy in my hometown,it is urgent to enhance the income and boost the living standard for local residents.I think it is a good choice to have a factory.

In conclusion,we should admit that a new factory built will cause some problems,such as water population.However,it does benefit local people in many ways such as improving incomeliving standard and tax revenue. And in light of my community currently economical situation,I think the advantages outweigh disadvantages in terms of building a new factory
