A：第二个it指代的内容不清楚。句意上看应该是executive，但executive既不能用it指代也不能和前面出现过的it指代内容不一样。错。
B：句意主干是an executive makes...，不合逻辑。错。
C：especially出现的过于远了，最好是能够和要说的内容离得近一些。而且事实上不能用it指代——既然用了especially，那么逻辑上后面所说的course of action和前面的course of action并不是“同一个”而是“同一类”事物。one更好。
