不是牛牛，但是我是这样来做的；
A an observation直接做 a patent的同位语解释（有些疑惑，an observation是做a patent还是做one of K law的同位语？？？这一点也坐等牛牛解惑。。），看横线后面的now included...是修饰an observation about electric current, and前后两个成分(made和included)逻辑和结构上都满足平行，没问题
B and it is 和前面which部分不平行，and前面是个修饰成分后面是个完整的句子
C namely出现，前后都应该是名词
D it is前面的逗号不能连接两个句子
E first made in 1845,这个把原来的essential modifer改成non-essential modifer，句子含义改变,and 后面的is 和前面的was平行，从而no include后面的部分不再修饰an  oberservation,错
